About Mercy

Product thinking with real engineering behind it.

I’m the founder of Juwa Tech, a product manager with a senior engineering background. I’ve worked on banking and capital markets platforms, ERP systems, monitoring tools and Juwa Hub, our platform for businesses.

Because I’ve written production code, I speak both the business’s language and the engineers’. I keep scope honest, make clear calls and stay with a product until it’s live and working.
